Follow these quick steps to turn your loyalty points into a discount code you can use at checkout.
Before you start
Make sure you’re logged in to your account.
Redeem your points
1. Go to our homepage (aeternum.site)
2. On the bottom-right corner, click the “Refer and Earn” button to open your loyalty dashboard.
3. In the dashboard, you’ll see tabs for Your rewards, Ways to earn, Ways to redeem, and Referrals.
4. Click Ways to redeem.
5. Review your available points and choose a reward value (use the slider or options shown, if available).
6. Click Redeem to convert your points into a reward.
7. A voucher code will be generated—copy it. (It will also appear under Your rewards and may be emailed to you.)
Use your voucher code at checkout

Add items to your cart and proceed to Checkout.

Paste your voucher code into the Discount code (or Gift card/discount) field and click Apply.

Confirm that the discount is applied before completing your order.
Good to know
- If you don’t use your reward right away, it stays saved in your loyalty dashboard for future use.
- If you can’t see the “Refer and Earn” button, try refreshing the page, disabling ad-blockers, or using a standard browser window.
- If the code doesn’t apply, check the on-screen message (e.g., not enough points, minimum spend, or other store rules).
- Lost your code? Reopen the loyalty dashboard → Your rewards to retrieve it.
