Aeternum Support is a private integration operated for Aeternum’s authorized support team and the info@aeternum.site mailbox. It is not a public service for connecting customers’ Google accounts. Customers can contact Aeternum at info@aeternum.site without connecting an account or accepting new application terms.
Only the mailbox owner and authorized administrators may connect, configure or operate this integration. Access must be used for the support purposes described in the Aeternum Support privacy and Google data notice. Connecting a Google account does not authorize unrelated access, advertising, sale of email data or general-purpose model training.
Automated classifications and proposed actions can be incomplete or incorrect. Aeternum’s support team remains responsible for reviewing unresolved cases and completing any required operational work. The application does not change customers’ purchase terms, refund rights or other applicable rights.
The mailbox owner can withdraw Google access through their Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Administrators can pause processing. Revoking access does not automatically erase previously retained support records or undo completed actions. Contact info@aeternum.site about access, privacy or human support.
